Apartments

We routinely consult and provide representation on conventional multiple–family projects. Our research consists of a strong data base of sales, rentals, capitalization rates and other supporting data. We subscribe to numerous sources to assure current and accurate data. We have repeatedly been successfully appealing apartments that consist of several hundred units.

Commercial

Project Management

Project management is one of the focal points in the direction of the company. Several contracts has been fulfilled in the recent past whereby Forrestal serves as point manager for the property owner or assessing bodies with a team of researchers, appraisers, other professionals and support staff. This eliminates the time involvement by the client and has served to be highly effective in both costs and results.
